Jamal reflects on starting O’Bryant tennis program

BPSSports contributor Betsey di Bonaventura wrote a story about O’Bryant grad, Zarina Jamal, for South End Patch. Jamal  helped start the school’s tennis program four years ago and will attend Wake Forrest University in the fall (not to play tennis).

The South End resident was recently awarded one of the Blackstone/Franklin Square Neighborhood Association’s annual book/computer scholarships. (Full disclosure: I’m on the committee for the neighborhood association that helped raise the money for the scholarship and pick the winners.)
